Like most websites, when using the Site, Pichagraphix or third-party subprocessors may collect technical and routing information about your computer to aid your Site and services usage. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information and privacy preferences at any time. This can be done by clicking on the "My Account" link, where most of your Personal Information can be viewed and modified directly. If you wish to delete your account or request that we cease using your information to provide services, you can do so by visiting the "My Account Preferences" link on the site and following the instructions under the "Delete My Account" section. Contributors can modify their profile information here. For security reasons, changes to certain Personal Information may require contacting support. We aim to respond to your requests swiftly within a reasonable timeframe.

Pichagraphix engages with one or more external credit card processing entities to bill you for our goods and services. To the best of our knowledge, these entities do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We share Personal Information with specific companies that perform services on our behalf. We share only the necessary Personal Information for them to provide those services. We mandate any company we share Personal Information with to protect that data in alignment with this policy and to restrict the use of such Personal Information to the execution of services for Pichagraphix. We do not sell or otherwise distribute Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their products or services.

6. Data Retention and Data Portability

Your information will be retained as long as your account remains active, as needed to provide you services, to validate or enforce content licenses, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. To delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, visit the "My Account Preferences" link on the site and follow the instructions under "Delete My Account". If account access is an issue, please contact us directly. We aim to respond within 30 days. Pichagraphix does not sell your personal data to third parties. We engage third-party advertising services for managing ads on other sites. You may "opt out" of receiving Pichagraphix email updates, newsletters, and partner emails via the "My Account" link on the Site. Opt-out options are typically offered during the sign-up process. Mobile app users may receive push notifications about events or promotions. These can be disabled at the device level.

18. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Pichagraphix aligns with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Pichagraphix has committed to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the principles of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) for the processing of personal data received from the European Union under the EU-U.S. DPF, and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Additionally, Pichagraphix, Inc. confirms its adherence to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) for processing personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In case of any discrepancy between this privacy policy and the principles of the EU-U.S. DPF and/or Swiss-U.S. DPF, the Principles shall prevail.

Pichagraphix bears responsibility for the personal data it receives under the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, and for its subsequent transfer to third parties acting as agents on its behalf. Pichagraphix, Inc. ensures compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including the provisions related to onward transfer liability.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) holds jurisdiction over Pichagraphix's adherence to the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In specific scenarios, Pichagraphix may need to disclose personal data pursuant to lawful requests by public authorities, encompassing requirements for national security or law enforcement.

Adhering to the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Pichagraphix commits to resolve any unresolved complaints related to our processing of personal data received under these frameworks by referring them to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the U.S. Should you feel that your complaint about our handling of your personal data has not been adequately addressed, or if we fail to timely acknowledge your complaint, please visit https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request for further information or to submit a complaint. This dispute resolution service is offered at no cost to you.

For grievances related to compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF not resolved by any of the DPF mechanisms, under certain conditions, you may have the option to invoke binding arbitration.
