Privacy Policy

Dear Pichagraphix Customer,

This Privacy Statement outlines how Pichagraphix manages personal data and respects your privacy. This policy may undergo amendments occasionally. We encourage our site visitors and users to regularly review our Privacy Policy to stay informed.

All "Personal Information" — any data that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the individual it concerns — collected and maintained by us will adhere to this Privacy Policy, subject to amendments over time. For updates on your information and preferences, refer to the "Updating Your Personal Information and Privacy Preferences" section.

Pichagraphix consists of various legal entities. This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the Pichagraphix group of companies. References to "Pichagraphix", "we", "us", or "our" in this notice pertain to the Pichagraphix entity acting as the controller or processor of your information, detailed further in the "Entities Collecting Personal Information" section below.

1. Collection of Personal Information

As a Site visitor, many activities can be performed without offering any Personal Information.

However, upon registering on a Pichagraphix site and licensing content, or ordering products or services as a subscriber, we may collect the following Personal Information:

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number, address, and email address.
  • Billing details like your credit card number, expiration date, card type, and billing address.
  • Demographic information, including your job title, job description, company name, and type of company.
  • Profile data, which encompasses your username and password, your site activity details including search terms, plan purchases, and the content you license.

If you submit content to Pichagraphix for licensing, you may need to provide:

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number, primary address, and email address.
  • Payment and contributor details, including payout method, payout email, desired display name, profile information, social media accounts, and insights into your skill level and creative process.

Certain information is designated as mandatory for specific activities, while other data may be voluntary. If mandatory data is not provided for an activity, engagement in that activity will not be possible.

Like most websites, when using the Site, Pichagraphix or third-party subprocessors may collect technical and routing information about your computer to aid your Site and services usage. This might include logging environmental variables like browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address. These variables facilitate and track your Site and services usage and help measure traffic patterns on the Site. Matching such information with your Personal Information helps us better understand our visitors' needs.

To minimize errors in our database, authenticate users, and prevent system abuse, we occasionally augment the Personal Information you provide with data from third-party sources. For instance, your contact information might be supplemented with address data from the Google Maps API or the U.S. Postal Service to validate your information and avoid database errors. Usage of the Google Maps API incorporates the Google

Privacy Policy concerning the processed personal information. We may enhance the information collected directly from you with data from third-party databases, like demographic or company details, aiming to ensure relevance and interest in our marketing communications. A list of any third-party sub processors we employ can be found here.

When downloading and using our Mobile Apps or Services, we automatically gather information on your device type and operating system version. We do not request, access, or track any location-based information from your mobile device at any time during the Mobile Apps or Services usage.
